Brosnan Cares™
Brosnan Risk Consultants, under our CEO’s leadership and generosity and in alignment with our Brosnan Cares Initiatives, has become a corporate partner and significant contributor to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF). Law Enforcement is in our DNA here at Brosnan, and we believe in paying tribute to those who put their lives on the line every day, leaving their families to protect us day in and day out. The NLEOMF hosts an annual Candlelight Vigil that honors fallen officers by engraving their names on the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C. Brosnan brings even more visibility to these fallen officers by etching their names on our Fallen Heroes Command Centers each year.

Employee in Critical Need
Brosnan invests in our people. When one of us is in need, we do our best to help in any way we can.
A GoFundMe has been created on behalf of Joseph Hahn, whose wife Morgan has been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. Joe is a former U.S. Navy SEAL who worked for the entirety of Brosnan’s Puerto Rico operations.
Ed Hartnett, Brosnan’s Principal, had this to say about Joe, his work with Brosnan and this cause:
“I’m not sure when Joe slept because he seemed to be everywhere all the time. Without Joe, the BRC operation in Puerto Rico would not have been successful. This is a great cause for a good person who proudly served his country. His family needs help. I encourage all to make a donation.”

In the wake of multiple stabbings at a synagogue in a town neighboring Brosnan Headquarters, Brosnan Risk Consultants responded to protect houses of worship in this community. In addition to providing armed security to 16 Jewish organizations, Brosnan used its Command Center capabilities to monitor social media for any indication of potential additional attacks. Brosnan SmartTrucks and Mobile Command Center were placed strategically as visible deterrents, and used cameras to record suspicious activity, which was streamed to the Brosnan Command Center where it was analyzed. Brosnan’s mission of protecting people and places is especially meaningful when it allows those people to feel safe practicing their faith and going about daily life.

Brosnan® sponsors a yearly golf outing at the University of Florida during the Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) Impact program that benefits Brave Overt Leaders of Distinction (BOLD) - a program for young men previously incarcerated who need assistance re-entering their communities. The Gainesville-born organization was started in 2010 and serves men ages 16-24 by: providing resources for formal education and substance abuse counseling, training in employable skills, addressing mental health needs and encouraging the establishment of a stable living environment. BOLD’s mission advocates the three E’s: Education, Enlistment and Employment.
On a daily basis, Brosnan Security Officers™ go above and beyond not only to prevent risk but also to provide comfort to clients and their customers. Our monthly forms for security officer of the month are continually flooded with responses and examples of our officers exceeding expectations and exhibiting Brosnan’s core values. Providing aid to disabled or elderly customers, helping deliver a baby, administering CPR and locating lost children are just some of the ways Brosnan Security Officers™ have provided services beyond their job descriptions.
Brosnan® is tasked by its clients to help provide solutions to their concerns relating to trespassing and vandalism by homeless individuals. It was through these interactions that our attention was also brought to what we could do to assist the homeless population.
Brosnan® provides pamphlets in both English and Spanish to homeless shelter locations in the vicinity of our client sites. We also have an annual internal coat drive to collect coats, jackets, sweaters and shoes that are distributed directly to individuals in need during the winter months.
