Patrick J. Brosnan is a former NYPD detective with extensive field experience in the Robbery/Gun Squad and the Organized Crime Control Bureau. He was selected as the New York State Police Officer of the Year for investigative skills that led to the arrests of over 900 violent criminals during his career and was heralded by the New York State Governor as a “one-man war on crime in New York City.” He was injured in a line-of-duty shooting and retired from the NYPD as one of the most highly decorated detectives in the history of the department.
Mr. Brosnan has honed his extensive government experience in fraud detection and prosecution into a unique investigative resource for the private sector. As CEO of Brosnan Risk Consultants, he oversees all protective and investigative operations for Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, large law firms and high-net worth individuals. He presently serves as a security analyst on Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and Inside Edition. He is a subject matter expert on a range of topics that include terrorism, active shooter and criminal investigations and has authored numerous articles in the national media on a wide range of public safety subjects.

Gerry Creagh has over 30 years of executive and leadership experience in building and operating financial advisory practices within the Big 4 and public markets. Mr. Creagh ran PwC's Valuation Services practice in North America, and subsequently transitioned the practice to Standard & Poors' where he executed a global expansion into real estate, litigation, tax, portfolio valuation and solvency opinions. He led a leveraged buyout from Standard & Poors' into Duff & Phelps in 2005 and, as President of Duff & Phelps, expanded the operation into investment banking and concentrated sector expertise.

Eric C. White has over 30 years of experience in security, including 17 years at Walmart, where he ran key security programs, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), executive protection, crisis management, global readiness, aviation security and homeland security. He worked in a similar capacity at The Home Depot, owned his own consulting firm, and worked in the security and retail performance technology space. Eric is a former law enforcement professional certified in the State of Arkansas and has trained in counterterrorism and active shooter response. He is currently President of the Bentonville Public Schools Board of Education.

Bryan Paarmann retired from the FBI as a Senior Executive after over 30 years in government service, including 8 years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army with both peacetime and combat tours, and 23 years with the FBI in both domestic and international assignments. As a West Point graduate, Mr. Paarmann has vast experience in multiple investigative programs overseen by the FBI, but the majority of his work was as a leader in the war on terrorism. His final role was as the head of the largest and oldest Joint Terrorism Task Force in the United States.

Fred Tanner is a decorated Army Veteran who spent over 23 years in active duty and conducting crisis management. He brings a vast breadth of experience working in austere, ambiguous and conflicted regions that include the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. As an Infantry Officer, Fred has led organizations through crisis at every echelon, retiring after achieving the rank of Colonel. He transitioned into the NYPD where he served as the inaugural Director for the Office of Professional Development. He was charged with creating and supervising a comprehensive set of professional development opportunities aimed at ensuring leaders were prepared for greater levels of responsibility.

Michael Palladino is a National Account Manager at Brosnan Risk Consultants and a retired NYPD Detective where he served New York City for 41 years. He spent most of his career in The Bronx’s 43rd and 52nd precincts. During his storied career Mr. Palladino also served as the President of the Detectives’ Endowment Association from 2004 to 2020 and as the President of New York State Association of PBA’s from 2007 to 2019. He is an expert in crime prevention and security services.

Gerry Rittenberg has over 20 years experience in holding companies and investing operations. During his time as Executive Chairman for Party City Holdings, Inc., Mr. Rittenberg purchased more than 15 companies and integrated them into Party City Holdings. He was also President for Amscan, Inc. and is on the board of Party City Holdco, Inc.

John O'Connor has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies. He provided proactive innovation and achieved profitable growth in highly competitive and dynamic business environments. He was most recently a Partner with KPMG, where he ran the U.S. insurance transformation practice. In prior roles, he was responsible for senior client relationships and large-scale transformation programs, and supported growth from a start-up to a multi-billion dollar global company.

Serge Suponitskiy has spent 20 years delivering world class IT services and leading large-scale business transformations to produce change in revenues and productivity.

His global experience has allowed him to create competitive advantages across insourced, outsourced, virtual and highly matrixed resource models for companies f rom start-up to multinational global organizations such as Sandvik Inc., Flight Centre Travel Group, Lebhar-Friedman, and Dowden Health Media. He was most recently Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Off icer at Flight Centre Travel Group, Inc.

John Franchi is a retired Senior Intelligence Director with the Central Intelligence Agency, with service both internationally and in Washington DC. His assignments included tours throughout the Middle East and Africa, as well as extensive experience in Europe. John is a recognized expert in geopolitical and transnational issues, counter-terrorism, counterintelligence and cyber issues. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College (BA in history) and Harvard University (MA in Middle East Studies).

Michelle S. Harkavy came to Brosnan with over 30 years of legal experience, having represented hundreds of employers across multiple states. Prior to joining Brosnan, she was a partner at FordHarrison LLP. She was instrumental in building legal departments for two other security contractors, and instituted best practices for in-house teams.

Michelle has worked within the security industry either as an attorney in private practice or as part of an in-house team since 1995. She has operated in union and non-union environments, provided key support on state and federal guidelines for labor and employment issues, and has investigated violations of the law including ethical issues, conflicts of interest and white-collar matters.

It’s a unique confluence of intellect and heart that makes exceptional lawyers stand out. Michelle is a problem solver, who not only brings an exquisite knowledge of the law, but commonsense compassion to each challenge.

John Ryan has a proven career as a former federal and state prosecutor and global head of investigations for Fortune 500 companies. He served as a representative for the Department of Justice on numerous multinational task forces addressing global financial crimes, and was frequently called upon to testify as a subject matter expert before numerous forums including the United States Senate, House of Representatives, Interpol, and the European Union.

Rick Munoz has over 20 years of experience in retail loss prevention, asset protection and creation & development of loss prevention programs, operations, asset protection enterprise tools, policies, and programs. He has held leadership positions in highly complex environments throughout the U.S. & Canada, protecting billions of dollars in assets for companies including Target, Party City, BCBGMaxAzria, Bed Bath & Beyond and Bloomingdales.

Tom Aspinwall has over 35 years of experience in financial management. A Certified Public Accountant, Tom has served as a CFO in the Defense industry, domestic and international manufacturing industries and distribution industries. He has an exceptional track record of success in driving the financial direction and health of start-ups, turnarounds and high-growth enterprises. He is a results-driven executive with technical proficiency in all aspects of finance.

Tom received BS in Accounting from Saint Peter’s University and a certificate from Harvard Business School’s Key Executive Program.

Kacey Brosnan Kennedy arrived at Brosnan Risk Consultants with 5 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, specifically in Learning and Development, People Strategy and Divisional Communications Strategy in the technology department.

The subsequent 10 years of her professional career have been at Brosnan Risk Consultants. Kacey is responsible for the overall strategic development, tactical execution and day-to-day management: brand activity, marketing, and innovation activities, customer-specific marketing, and all media communications. Additionally, Kacey is responsible for the planning and coordination of the company’s philanthropic program, Brosnan Cares.

Buddy Kennedy arrived at Brosnan with over 10 years of experience in the finance industry, specifically structuring derivatives and trading fixed income.

The subsequent 5 years of his professional career have been at Brosnan Risk Consultants. Buddy has served key roles in multiple departments within the organization, including Operations Manager, Account Manager, Customer Expectations Team, Business Intelligence, and the Emergency Operations Center.

Through his first-hand, on the ground experience, in conjunction with his financial background and experiences, he has helped create, grow, and mature many of the organization’s functional units.

He currently serves as the head of Brosnan’s Fleet, Logistics, and Procurement Business Unit, which is responsible for financial stewardship, vendor management, and innovation. Most importantly, he ensures that the entirety of the Brosnan enterprise, inclusive of its officers in the field, receive first-class functional support to help meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

Patrick Brosnan Jr has been with Brosnan Risk Consultants for 5 years in several different key roles as the company has grown. Varying from standing up our IT & Logistics departments to his current role of Brosnan Command Center Director.

Patrick has also been a key driver of our technology innovations. Some of the innovations that have been rolled out are Patrol Vehicle Alerts, Officer & Vehicle GPS Tracking, Vehicle Cameras & most recently Quiver, which is Brosnan’s proprietary data integration platform. Patrick believes the future of security is a combination of Officers, Technology & Command Center Processing.

Paul Ciorra – Law Enforcement Liaison
Currently the Commanding Officer of Intelligence Operations and Analysis, Deputy Chief Ciorra has also previously commanded the NYPD Highway Patrol and the Bronx Intelligence Team. He has served as Executive Officer of the 47 Precinct and as Intelligence Collection Coordinator. A 31 plus-year combat veteran of the United States Army/ Army National Guard, Deputy Chief Ciorra recently retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel

Chief De Lucca has also served as the Chief of the Golden Beach Police Department (FL) and presently serves as Chief of the Doral Police Department (FL). Chief De Lucca holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University and is a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Staff and Command where he was class president. Since becoming a member of the IACP in 1997, he has served as a member of the Legislative Committee, Executive Committee representing cities of 100,000 to 500,000 and has served as the chairperson for the annual conference committee.
